  • Pay service fees

Service Fees

  • AED 2000
  • AED 5000 (Security Deposit)
  • AED 500 (In case of Urgent Request)
  • AED 1000 (In case of Complaint is filed during Holidays)
AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fees will be added on top of any service costs AED 50 and above

Required Documents

  • Complaint Letter

  • Registration Certificate at the Ministry of Economy

Terms & Conditions

  • A Security Deposit shall be paid in case the complaint is submitted by the Customer
  • Security Deposit is refundable if the complaint is valid
