To ensure offering a secure work environment for all DAZ employees, please follow the below protocol within your premises and in the vicinity:
• Kindly ensure that all employees have valid documents of residency, processed by the Ducamz management.
• Illegal employees are not authorized to be on the companies premises.
• Sleeping or cooking in the companies and showrooms is prohibited.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles stored in showrooms and plots.
• Ensure proper and safe usage of car batteries and car battery jumper cables, and store relevant equipment in a non-hazardous manner.
• We encourage all companies and showrooms to adopt a water-efficient approach while cleaning cars and use water-saving car washing equipment to prevent water waste and avoid any accumulation of water on the roads.
Please note that the use of firefighting hose reels as a source of water is forbidden.
• Construction and modification in facilities without seeking Ducamz management pre-approvals is not allowed. -
NIP Waste Disposal Reminder
As a part of our responsibility and dedication to maintain a safe and secure environment, we closely monitor and enforce compliance with various protocols and environmental standards.
Recently, it has come to our attention that there have been instances of illegal dumping of construction debris in various open plots within NIP. These actions are in violation of our protocols.
Please follow these steps to ensure you are disposing waste in a manner that meets the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation’s Environment, Health and Safety standards.
Construction Debris Removal:
- All construction debris must be removed from the site by a third-party transport service provider approved by Trakhees EHS.
- You must obtain a Trakhees EHS collection permit/vehicle pass before removing any debris.
- Retain all receipts and evidence of the permits/passes and the collection and disposal for verification by the Trakhees CED Inspection Engineer.
- Coordinate the waste disposal with the area Inspection Engineer for a smooth and efficient process.

Revised Covid-19 Protocols

Considering the drop in positive cases reported across the nation, we have decided to relax our protocols. The revised guidelines with immediate effect are:
- Wearing masks in outdoor areas will be optional. It is still recommended to avoid large gatherings.
- Seating capacity at restaurants and food courts will be increased to 100%.
- Seating capacity in buses will be in line with Dubai Government regulations and announcements. However, it is mandatory to wear masks while travelling on the bus.
- Mosques will return to full capacity.
- Sports and recreational activities will resume.
- If tested positive, the individual will still need a negative PCR test report before being released from the quarantine facility.
- Close contact with positive cases staying in Jafza accommodations will need to quarantine in their own rooms for 24 hours, after which, the individual may conduct a PCR test or visit a doctor to confirm that he/she has no symptoms before returning to work.
- People returning from abroad can go directly to their respective accommodations in Jafza if they are vaccinated and have a negative PCR report from their respective countries before arriving in the UAE, without the need to quarantine.
