In light of the rapid developments, we would like to inform you that the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management has announced a partial easing of movement restrictions in the Emirate, where residents will be allowed to move without a permit from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. However, preventive measures must be taken at all times. This includes keeping a safe distance between each other, and wearing face masks.

The Committee has decided to ease restrictions on the transportation sector, restaurants, maintenance companies, offices, hotels & hospitality and shopping centers. Full restrictions on movement will be enforced between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, except in the case of medical emergencies.

In that regard, we note that this decision does not imply that social and business activities in Dubai are fully back to normal. The application of preventive measures remains a crucial requirement during the next stage, especially wearing facemasks. Those who do not wear a mask will be subject to a fine of AED 1,000.

For full details on the decision, please click here.

Finally, we request you and all your employees to adhere to all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and always seek information related to COVID-19 only through official channels such as the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
