These are interesting times for us all in view of the pandemic caused by Coronavirus COVID-19. I assure you that DP World, UAE Region has rolled out a series of measures to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our families, customers and the wider community of stakeholders as your safety is our utmost priority. These include a comprehensive range of personal hygiene and deep cleansing steps in accordance with the UAE Government's approved guidelines and directives.

Our employees have been well-oriented on critical health and safety protocols across all our assets, and as a further precautionary measure, we’ve postponed all events that require crowd gathering, closed meeting rooms, and have restricted food outlets to cater to takeaway and delivery requests only within our properties.

We encourage social distancing by Working from Home, with exceptions made only for work that requires the mandatory physical presence of customers. These strict measures are part of our COVID-19 related Standard Operating Procedures, and we assure you that we will continue to serve you through different channels available.

We continue to facilitate all businesses regularly, and can ensure that Jebel Ali Port and Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) are operating normally. Our teams remain available to support you, and we encourage you to reach out to us through digital tools – email, phone and maximise meetings by video calls. Our smart digital platform, Dubai Trade, permits you to execute all our services electronically.
