Step-by-Step Guide: DocuSign Process for Board Member Changes and Specimen Signatures
Further to our earlier communication, a step-by-step guide is now available here to support customers in using the new DocuSign process for Board Member Changes and Specimen Signatures, effective 21 April 2026.
As announced earlier this week, this new fully online process has been introduced to make submissions faster, simpler and more convenient, while removing the need for physical visits or courier submissions.
What you need to do:
- Provide the email addresses of all board members and directors when submitting amendment requests
- Provide Power of Attorney details, where applicable, for authorised signatories
- Complete the e-signature request sent through DocuSign
Customers will be able to track their request status online under:
- Awaiting eSignature – Change of Director / Manager / Secretary
- Awaiting Specimen Signature
This service covers changes to board members, including Directors and Secretaries for offshore entities, and Directors, Managers and Secretaries for onshore entities.
