Update on Application Submission Procedures for Offshore Companies (Temporary)

In line with our commitment to adhere by the safety measures, and reduce close contact interactions to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Leasing & Licensing – Offshore announces the below temporary procedures for all type of applications:

• • Registered Agent is required to scan the full set of Application documents along with the Zajel Courier form (click here to download the form) filled with the details required and send them to the emails below:

Offshore team will review the application and proceed with the pre‑approvals required.

In case there are any comments/feedback, the offshore team shall update the Registered Agent through emails.

In case the application is approved, a confirmation email shall be sent to the Registered Agent, who shall do the following:

• Services not available online:

• Registered Agent shall keep the original copy and the courier will collect the documents from the address provided in the Courier Form.

• Online Services:

Registered Agent need to apply for the SR via Dubai Trade and courier will collect the application.

• Services require signature before Jafza representative:

Registered Agent can approach the counters to sign and submit the original copy.

In the event that there are any documents extracted for the customer (such as amendment to the memorandum of association, share certificate, etc.) they will be delivered to the Registered Agent through Zajel team.

Note:

Application shall only be processed over the counters if the above procedures are followed.
