If you are unable to submit the business code renewal request because your contact information is not updated and verified, please follow the below steps: 

  • Go to www.dubaitrade.ae 
  • Click on Service Centre and Select Dubai Customs > Registration Tools > Manage Contact Details. 
  • Log in by entering your Authorised Person’s Username and Password 
  • Edit and update the following information: 
    • Business Contact Details Email address – an OTP will be sent by Email for verification 
    • Business User (with role as “Authorised Person”) Email address and mobile number – OTP will be sent via Email and SMS for verification. 
    • Once completed, you may continue with the Business Code Renewal procedure.
