How do I verify Business Contact Information through Manage Contact Details?

If you are unable to submit the business code renewal request because your contact information is not updated and verified, please follow the below steps:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae
- Click on Service Centre and Select Dubai Customs > Registration Tools > Manage Contact Details.
- Log in by entering your Authorised Person’s Username and Password
- Edit and update the following information:
- Business Contact Details Email address – an OTP will be sent by Email for verification
- Business User (with role as “Authorised Person”) Email address and mobile number – OTP will be sent via Email and SMS for verification.
- Once completed, you may continue with the Business Code Renewal procedure.
