How do I cancel if Gate Pass is expired?

You can submit eGate Pass cancel request using www.dubaitrade.ae, login with your User Name, Cancel >> Cancel eGate Pass, select checkmark ‘Expired Gate Pass’.  

Steps to Follow: 

• Customers need to complete Customs Inspection formalities before using Expired Cancel e-Gate Pass service for ‘OUT’ movement. 
• If Gate Pass move is “INN” the customer can upload company request letter, no need for Customs Inspection.  
• Expired Gate Pass details will reflect in Cancel – eGate Pass service. 
• Select Expired Gate Pass check box in the search criteria, to view the Expired Gate Pass 
• Click on the Details button, upload the customs inspection report and submit 
• Request can be approved from Documentation – DP world 
• Once cancelation is approved, the customer can make a new Gate Pass
