How to apply for a gate pass for my cargo to be taken out or brought in the Jebel Ali Free zone?

A cargo gate pass (e-Gate Pass) is required if you need to move your cargo in and out of the Jebel Ali Free Zone area. Follow the below steps to apply online: 

Steps to Follow: 

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password. 
• Go to Request 

•  eGate Pass Request  
• Search with the declaration number or perform a simple search 
• Select the listed declaration number then click on “add” 
• Enter the preferred gate pass quantity with vehicle details. You can add multiple vehicles by clicking on the “add vehicle” button. 
• To add more vehicles for the same line item, click the ‘Add Vehicle’ button  

• Submit the e-Gate pass then proceed to pay: 

•  You can pay using e-Payment (Credit Card/Debit Payment) or Advance Deposit account 

Note: Your cargo e-Gate Pass will be expired after 48 HRS.
