As Ramadan is due to start soon, we would like to inform you that the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan are 09:00 - 14:30 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00– 12:00 on Friday for the administrative offices at Dubai Creek and Deira Wharfage.
The operations timings during Ramadan will be in shifts as follows:

Break Hours:

Dubai Customs announces Eid al Fitr working hours

Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at its customs centers during the Eid al Fitr holiday, to help individuals and companies clear their goods without any delay.
Work will continue around the clock during the Eid al Fitr Holiday at Deira wharfage, Dubai Creek Customs Center, Hamirya Port Customs Center, Jebel Ali Inspection Center, TECOM. Port Rashid Customer Service Center and Jebel Ali Customer center will be closed during the Eid holiday, and they will resume on Thursday 5/5/2022 from 7.30am to 2.30pm and on Friday 6/5/2022 from 7.30am to 12pm.
Hatta Customs Center, Dubai Logistics City Customs Center and Air Cargo Customs Centers at Dubai Cargo Village and Dubai Airport Free Zone will work 24/7 during the Eid Holiday.
Customs Declaration Department will work around the clock to clear customs transactions for clients.
Dubai Customs stated that the continuation of work in the customs centers during the Eid Al Fitr holiday is part of its vision to ensure convenience and uninterrupted services. -
Dubai Customs announces working hours during Eid Al-Fitr holiday

2020 Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at its customs centers during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, to help individuals and companies clear their goods without any delay.
Air customs centers at Dubai Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free Zone- gate number (5), Al Maktoum Airport Cargo Cener, and inspection section at Dubai Multi Commodities Center will work round-the-clock during the holiday.
Inspection Center at the UAE Post office will work from 9am to 2pm starting from 3rd day of Eid, and Operations Section at Multi Commodities Center will work after the Eid holiday.
Jebel Ali Inspection Center and Rashid Port Inspection Center will work round the clock during the holiday; whereas Jebel Ali Customer Service and Rashid Port Customer Service centers will work from the third day of Eid, from 8am to 2pm.
Customer Service Center at the Dubai Logistics City, which works under the Land customs Centers Department, will work on Sunday and Tuesday, from 9am to 12pm. Hatta Customs Center will work round-the-clock, whereas Inspection Center at Dubai Logistics City will work from 7:30am to 12 midnight, and Dry Docks and Ducamz centers will work after Eid holiday.
Deira wharfage (inspection), Dubai Creek (inspection), and Hamirya Port inspection centers will work round the clock, but their customer service centers will work from the 3rd day of the holiday from 8am to 12pm. Customs Declaration Department will work 24 hours during the holiday.

Commercial and Administrative Departments 09:00 hours – 14:00 Sunday to Thursday Container Terminals Operations will continue as normal. Gate operations will continue 24 hours General Cargo Normal hours 09:00 hours – 14:00 hours Overtime: 1400 hours onwards Break hours: Iftar Break 19:00 hours – 19:45 hours Suhoor Break 03:30 hours – 04:00 hours CFS and Cold Chain Logistics Normal Shift 09:00 hours – 14:00 hours Overtime: 1400 hours onwards Transportation and Distribution Operations will continue 24 hours Marine Department Berthing and un-berthing of vessels will continue All charges for services provided during overtime hours will be applicable according to the rates listed in the Port Tariff.

We would like to remind you that as per Jafza Rules and Regulations, all Free Zone companies are required to reduce their working hours from 8 hours per day to 6 hours per day. The reduced working hours are applicable to all employees and any additional hours worked are subject to overtime payments as per the regulations.
