Ramadan Mubarak to all our valued partners. Please be informed that during the holy month of Ramadan, the working hours for Jebel Ali Port and Mina Rashid are as below:
| Commercial and Administrative Departments | 09:00 hours – 14:00 Sunday to Thursday |
| Container Terminals | Operations will continue as normal. Gate operations will continue 24 hours |
| General Cargo | Normal hours 09:00 hours – 14:00 hours Overtime: 1400 hours onwards Break hours: Iftar Break 19:00 hours – 19:45 hours Suhoor Break 03:30 hours – 04:00 hours |
| CFS and Cold Chain Logistics | Normal Shift 09:00 hours – 14:00 hours Overtime: 1400 hours onwards |
| Transportation and Distribution | Operations will continue 24 hours |
| Marine Department | Berthing and un-berthing of vessels will continue |
All charges for services provided during overtime hours will be applicable according to the rates listed in the Port Tariff.
