National Industries Park (NIP) is pleased to introduce “Counter Appointment Booking”, a simple, powerful and professional online booking system that will make our customers’ appointments for administrative services easy, assured and happen as scheduled.
Our new online Appointment System is initially limited to support people working in NIP companies to get their residence visa stamped for travel purposes, keeping in mind the prevailing situation. Appointments will be scheduled only through online requests.
Two dedicated counters have been opened for servicing customers with confirmed online appointments, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
NIP plans to apply the online Appointment System to more services in the future, making life easier for our customers and people by saving time and resources for all.
Our robust scheduling tool and appointment management system is similar to the online token system of banks in the UAE and is user-friendly.
Appointments can be booked via Dubai Trade Portal as follows:
- Visit www.dubaitrade.ae
- Go to “Service Center”
- Choose “Jafza”
- Go to “Counter Appointment Booking”
