Facial Recognition at DP World for Haulier Drivers: Make Sure to Register

We are excited to announce the deployment of cutting-edge facial recognition technology at DP World, which captures and verifies individuals accessing port premises, significantly enhancing our existing security measures and streamlining your business operations.

Registering for facial recognition is mandatory for all truck drivers with RFID tags entering or exiting through these gates:

• Cargo Gate 3
• Cargo Gate 8
• All Container Terminal Gates

Please note, operations at all other gates will remain as per existing practices.

To take advantage of the new facial recognition system, please follow the below steps:

1. Log into the Dubai Trade portal.
2. Navigate to the Haulier Driver Enrolment service.
3. Enter your Gate Pass Number and Name.
4. Follow the instructions outlined in the user manual, which can be downloaded here.

Deadline: 15 March 2024

All system enrolments should be completed by 15^th  March 2024 to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted access to the port. Failure to register by this deadline will lead to restricted access for the above-mentioned gates starting from 16^th March 2024.

Please note that uploading incorrect images or tampering with the images will lead to legal consequences.
