How do I add the Financial Services option in my account?

This service is not a default service however; your authorized person can add the services to your account. Please follow the below steps:

Steps to Follow:

1. Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
2. Click on Mirsal 2>Client Registration>Client Profile Management>Manage Services
3. Choose the username to amend any role.
4. Add all the service names “Add New Guarantee, Create New Account, Guarantee Refund Request, Manage Account User, Manage Accounts, Modify Account Contact Details, Reduce Cash Guarantee, Track Account Requests, Update Guarantee
5. Enter the reason for amendment and then Submit for the changes to take effect.
