How to cancel the residence permit of an employee who is outside the country?
If you want to cancel the residence permit of an employee who is outside the country for more than 6 months or outside the country on an expired visa, please follow the below steps:
Steps to Follow:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
- First, apply and acquire Employee Status Check at DNRD report.
- Then, click on Employee Services
- Residence Permit (RP)
- Residence Permit Cancellation
- Cancel Employee RP without passport – Approval. Click create new request and fill out the form.
- Submit the request to free zone, upload the required documents then pay thru your online portal account.
