How do I renew employee’s residence permit when his name is not appearing on the list?

One of the reasons why the employee’s details do not appear for renewal online is that the passport validity in the system is less than 180 days. To update the new, please follow the below steps:
Steps to Follow:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
- Click on Employee Services
- Other Services
- Update Employee New Passport. Click create new request and choose the employee from the list then amend the details as per new passport.
- Submit the request to free zone, upload the required documents and wait for approval.
- Once the request is approved, you may proceed with residence permit renewal.
