How can I renew the Employee’s Residence Permit?

You can renew your employee’s residence permit, without amending employment contract details, 6 months prior to its expiry. Please follow the below steps on how to apply: 

Steps to Follow: 

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password. 
• Click on Employee Services.
• Residence Permit (RP) 
• Residence Permit Renewal 
• Renew Employee RP – Approval. Click create a new request and choose the employee from the list displayed. 
• Fill in the mandatory fields, submit the request to free zone, upload the required documents then pay thru your online portal account.
