With more than 16 years of hands-on experience in customer service across the trade and logistics sector, Elvie Mamalias transitioned to the Training Department in November 2024
She brings deep expertise in Jafza operations and eServices and plays a key role in designing and delivering training programmes for both, internal teams and external stakeholders
Elvie also leads eServices training sessions and supports the delivery of the Free Zone Operations Professional programme at Dubai Trade
SAMIR KHAN
Training Executive
With an enriched experience of 18 years in the shipping & logistics field, Samir Khan comes as a highly accomplished and dedicated professional.
He plays a pivotal role in planning, developing and delivering training sessions on different modules related to DP World, Dubai Customs and Jafza E-services. Additionally, he provides training for CTLP and CCE; two unique and engaging courses at Dubai Trade.

Training Manager
Leading a team of highly experienced trainers to the forefront, Basil Al Kilani utilises his expertise in business processes and planning skills to play a major role in implementing Dubai Trade’s training strategies for the department.
