A request will be suspended if any additional information or document is required by Dubai Customs. You may resubmit the request by following the below steps:
- Go to dubaitrade.ae
- Click on Service Centre
- Dubai Customs
- Request Business Registration
- Registration Enquiry
- Fill in the mandatory fields with the system captcha, click on OK then “Continue” or “Withdraw” to cancel the request.

How do I continue for submission post initiation of a new registration?
- Type: FAQ
Your drafted registration request will be only available in the system for 15 days from the creation date. Please follow the steps to continue with your registration process:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae
- Click on Service Centre
- Dubai Customs
- Request Business Registration
- Enquiry
- Fill in the mandatory fields with the system captcha, click on OK then “Continue”

I am getting “a payment record is pending” when I try to pay for my registration request
- Type: FAQ
Payment has already been initiated for this request. To continue with the payment, please follow the below steps:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae
- Click on Service Centre
- Dubai Customs
- Click on Request Business Registration
- Select Enquiry
- Fill in the mandatory fields with the system captcha to search then click on “View Payment Details”
- Click on the “recheck” button to continue on any payment that shows “under process” or “initiated”
NOTE: Your pop up blocker must be turned off during the payment process.

My request is approved, how can I pay now?

Now that your request is approved, you can easily proceed with the online payment by following the below steps:
- Go to www.dubaitrade.ae
- Click on Service Centre
- Dubai Customs
- Request Business Registration
- Enquiry
- Fill in the mandatory fields with the system captcha to search then click on “Make Payment”
NOTE: Your pop up blocker must be turned off during the payment process
