    • Type: News

In line with the precautionary strategies and guidelines laid down by the Government of the UAE to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to safeguard the wellbeing of the Port Users and Workers; port users may experience Marine Pilotage delays. This is due to the implementation of some exceptional precautions and measures that ensure the safety of our Pilots, Vessels’ Crew and all concerned.

For all operational areas and workplaces, we have incorporated extensive periodic disinfection and sanitization to maintain the health and safety of all our employees and continuity of operations at the port, and this may impact vessel productivity.

Our teams are working hard to provide maximum available resources and expedite vessel operations as much as possible, while ensuring your safety, as this is our top priority during the current circumstances.

We have robust business continuity plans in place, to ensure stability and limit disruption to our terminals operational activities. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to maintain our high level of terminals operational capabilities while following the required measures and precautions.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and guarantee you our best efforts at all times to minimize any delays. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
