On the occasion of the New Year, we would like to inform you that National Industries Park offices will be closed on Monday, 1^st of January 2024. Work will resume at normal business hours of 7:30am to 3:30pm on Tuesday, 2^nd of January 2024.

Any overtime worked during the holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

On the occasion of the New Year, we would like to inform you that Dubai Auto Zone offices will be closed on Monday, 1^st of January 2024. Work will resume at normal business hours of 7:30am to 3:30pm on Tuesday, 2^nd of January 2024.

On the occasion of the New Year, kindly note that all administrative offices at Dubai Creek and Deira Wharfage will be closed on Monday, 1^st of January 2024, and work will resume on Tuesday, 2^nd of January 2024, at normal business hours of 07:30 am to 03:30 pm.

On the occasion of the New Year, we would like to inform you that the administrative offices at Jebel Ali Port and Mina Rashid will be closed on Monday, 1^st of January 2024, and work will resume on Tuesday, 2^nd of January 2024, at normal business hours of 07:30 am to 03:30 pm.

During the holiday, port operations will continue as normal. Upon prior request from customers, receiving and delivering of cargo can be arranged for the General Cargo and LC Facility.

All charges will be applicable according to the public holiday rates listed in the Port Tariff.
