Jafza is pleased to introduce the “Schedule a meeting with a Jafza Expert” service at Jafza 14 for Registration and Offshore services. The services will be available from the 1st of August 2022, and the customers can book appointments starting from this date to clear the following transactions:
Appointments on the ground floor:

• Signing Applications* of Registration.
• Signing Applications* for Offshore.
• Signing Specimen Signatures.
*(Applications: Transfer of share, New Offshore Registration, all type Conversion, all type of Mortgage)

Note: The appointment slots will be open Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Friday: From 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Appointment virtual over the phone & Video calls:
• Follow-ups on applications & inquiries.

Note: The appointment slots will be open Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
Friday: From 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

The new online system will enable representatives of Jafza companies to visit the counters at Jafza 14 building with a pre-booked appointment. This is to reduce the waiting time of the customers and queuing at the service centres. The service selected, counter number to visit, and booked appointment slot will be emailed to the email address entered during the booking process. An SMS will also be sent to the mobile number entered at the time of booking. Customers with appointments would be given priority.

Appointments can be booked via the Dubai Trade Portal as follows:

- Visit www.dubaitrade.ae
- Go to “Service Center”
- Choose “Jafza”
Go to “Schedule a meeting with a Jafza Expert”
- Select the respective service:
o Registration Onshore
o Registration Offshore
o Leasing
o Licensing

Note: The online reservation system available on the Dubai Trade portal is limited to the above services, and any appointment taken for other than these services will be considered invalid.
