DISPLAYING ITEMS BY TAG: Marshalling Yard

In line with our commitment to continuously improve efficiencies and provide excellent services to our valued customers, we are pleased to announce the opening of a new ‘Marshalling Yard’ at Al Yalayis street in Jebel Ali.

The new facility shall carry out gate inspection for all full and empty containers inbound to Jebel Ali Port. Therefore, all trucks coming to the port must have their inbound containers inspected at this new facility. Thereafter, the trucks can proceed to respective container terminal to offload the containers.

All truckers are advised to start passing by the new facility for their inbound containers’ inspection with immediate effect. Existing S1 ‘Marshalling yard’ (inspection facility) at Container Terminal 1’s Empty Strip Yard shall close by 31st of May 2021. Effective 1st of June 2021, no containers will be inspected at the S1 Marshalling yard.

Kindly note that the Free Zone Marshalling Yard (behind Modern Freight) and Container Terminal 3’s Marshalling Yard (outside gate no. 8) shall continue operating as per the current practice.
