On the occasion of the Commemoration Day and 49^th UAE National Day, we would like to inform you that Jafza offices will remain closed from Tuesday 01 December 2020 to Thursday 03 December 2020. Work will resume at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday 06 December 2020. Kindly note some gates will be closed on these occasions. Please view the below list for alternative gates:

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will remain closed during these holidays from Tuesday 01 December to Thursday 03 December 2020. Any overtime worked during this holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

On the occasion of the Commemoration Day and 49^th UAE National Day, we would like to inform you that National Industries Park offices will remain closed from Tuesday 01 December 2020 to Thursday 03 December 2020. Work will resume at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday 04 December 2020.

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will remain clsoed during these two holidays from Tuesday 01 December to Thursday 03 December 2020. Any overtime worked during this holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

On the occasion of the Commemoration Day and 49th UAE National Day, we would like to inform you that the administrative offices at Jebel Ali Port and Mina Rashid will be closed from Tuesday 01 December 2020 to Thursday 03 December 2020.

Terminal operations will continue as usual. Receiving and delivery of cargo can be provided upon request from customers on prior notice.

During the holiday period, all charges will be raised according to the public holiday rates listed in the Port Tariff.

Eid Al Fitr: From the last day of the Islamic month of Ramadan to 3 Shawwal* (4 days)

Arafah Day and Eid Al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice): From 9 to 12 Dhul-Hijja* (4 days)

Hijri New Year: 1 Muharram* (1 day)

Prophet’s Birthday: 12 Rabi’ Al Awwal (1 day)

Commemoration Day: 1 December (1 day)

UAE National Day: 2 and 3 December (2 days)

On the occasion of “Prophet Mohammed's Birthday”, kindly note that all administrative offices at DP World, UAE Region and its subsidiaries will be closed on 29th of October 2020 and work will resume on 1st of November 2020 at normal business hours of 07:30 am to 03:30 pm.

During the holiday, port operations will continue as normal. Upon prior request from customers, receiving and delivering of cargo can be arranged for the General Cargo and LC Facility.

All charges will be applicable according to the public holiday rates listed in the Port Tariff.
