On the occasion of the Commemoration Day and 49^th UAE National Day, we would like to inform you that Jafza offices will remain closed from Tuesday 01 December 2020 to Thursday 03 December 2020. Work will resume at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday 06 December 2020. Kindly note some gates will be closed on these occasions. Please view the below list for alternative gates:

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will remain closed during these holidays from Tuesday 01 December to Thursday 03 December 2020. Any overtime worked during this holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

Work will resume at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday 04 December 2020.

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will remain clsoed during these two holidays from Tuesday 01 December to Thursday 03 December 2020. Any overtime worked during this holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

On the occasion of the Commemoration Day and 49th UAE National Day, we would like to inform you that the administrative offices at Jebel Ali Port and Mina Rashid will be closed from Tuesday 01 December 2020 to Thursday 03 December 2020.

Terminal operations will continue as usual. Receiving and delivery of cargo can be provided upon request from customers on prior notice.

During the holiday period, all charges will be raised according to the public holiday rates listed in the Port Tariff.

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will remain clsoed during these two holidays from Tuesday 01 December to Thursday 03 December 2020. Any overtime worked during this holiday will be paid in accordance with the public holiday rate.

2020 Dubai Customs announced the official working hours at its customs centers during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, to help individuals and companies clear their goods without any delay.

Air customs centers at Dubai Cargo Village, Dubai Airport Free Zone- gate number (5), Al Maktoum Airport Cargo Cener, and inspection section at Dubai Multi Commodities Center will work round-the-clock during the holiday.

Inspection Center at the UAE Post office will work from 9am to 2pm starting from 3^rd day of Eid, and Operations Section at Multi Commodities Center will work after the Eid holiday.

Jebel Ali Inspection Center and Rashid Port Inspection Center will work round the clock during the holiday; whereas Jebel Ali Customer Service and Rashid Port Customer Service centers will work from the third day of Eid, from 8am to 2pm.

Customer Service Center at the Dubai Logistics City, which works under the Land customs Centers Department, will work on Sunday and Tuesday, from 9am to 12pm. Hatta Customs Center will work round-the-clock, whereas Inspection Center at Dubai Logistics City will work from 7:30am to 12 midnight, and Dry Docks and Ducamz centers will work after Eid holiday.

Deira wharfage (inspection), Dubai Creek (inspection), and Hamirya Port inspection centers will work round the clock, but their customer service centers will work from the 3^rd day of the holiday from 8am to 12pm. Customs Declaration Department will work 24 hours during the holiday.

Please note that Jafza offices will be closed from Monday, 19 July 2021 (corresponding to 9 Dhul-Hijjah 1442) until Thursday, 22 July 2021.  Work will resume on Sunday, 25 July 2021 at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm.

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will enjoy (4) Eid Al-Adha holidays from Monday, 19 July 2021 until Thursday 22 July 2021.
