As Ramadan is due to start soon, we would like to inform you that the official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan are 09:00 - 14:30 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00– 12:00 on Friday for the administrative offices at Dubai Creek and Deira Wharfage.

The operations timings during Ramadan will be in shifts as follows:

Operations:

• 06:00 – 24:00

Registration Counter:

• 08:00 – 20:00

Marine Tower:

• 24 hours

Break Hours:

• Iftar Break: 18:00 – 18:45
• Suhoor Break: 03:30 – 04.00

On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, the Administrative Offices at Dubai Creek and Deira Wharfage will be closed from Thursday 5th June 2025 to Sunday 8th June 2025 and work will resume on Monday 9th June 2025.

A public holiday tariff will apply during the mentioned holiday dates.
