DISPLAYING ITEMS BY TAG: Customs Broker

We are introducing the automated process for “No Objection Certificate for Customs Brokers License” on Dubai Trade Portal to enable clients to submit the request and pay the service charges for the below services types by clicking here without having to visit Dubai Customs Office effectively from Sunday dated 19/4/2020.

1. Requirements for Customs Broker License “New”

• Trade name reservation certificate and transaction No. from DED
• Employment certificate of the local owner or copy of employment ID
• Passport copy and Emirates ID of the local owner
• Letter of undertaking (in the approved format) from the local owner

2. Requirements for Customs Broker License “Open New Branch”

• Trade name reservation certificate and transaction No. from DED
• Employment certificate of the local owner or copy of employment ID
• Passport copy and Emirates ID of the local owner
• Letter of undertaking (in the approved format) from the local owner 

3. Requirements for Customs Broker License “Change Owner"

• Transaction No. from DED
• Employment certificate of the local owner or copy of employment ID
• Passport copy and Emirates ID of both old and new local owners.
• Letter of undertaking (in the approved format) from the new local owner

4. Requirement for Customs Broker License “Add Partner”

• Transaction No. from DED
