In line with our commitment to adhere by the safety measures implemented by the UAE Government, and reduce close contact interactions to limit the spread of COVID-19, please note that the Customer Service Counters at Gate 3 will be operating daily from 6:00am to 5:00pm only until further notice.

To apply for our services, all customers are advised to visit the counters within the designated time or avail them through the Dubai Trade portal.
