Implementation of New Anchorage Services at Jebel Ali
We are pleased to announce the implementation of new Anchorage Services aimed at enhancing our offerings at Jebel Ali Port. These value-added services will be available in the newly proposed anchorage areas, J-Alpha and J-Charlie.
J-Alpha:
Latitude: 25°08’20” N, Longitude: 54°53’12” E
Latitude: 25° 6’242”N, Longitude: 54°55’678”E
Latitude: 25° 4’791”N, Longitude: 54°54’074”E
Latitude: 25° 6’930”N, Longitude: 54°51’629”EJ-Charlie:
Latitude: 25°16’340” N, Longitude: 54°44’306” E
Latitude: 25°11’20” N, Longitude: 54°49’54” E
Latitude: 25°08’20” N, Longitude: 54°46’12” E
Latitude: 25°13’058” N, Longitude: 54°40’569” EThe existing Jebel Ali short term anchorage will be renamed to the ‘J-Bravo’ anchorage, however, the positions will remain unchanged.
Port users can book the new Anchorage Services through the updated booking system effective from
1st November 2023.Services include but are not limited to bunkering, STS operations, repairs and crew changes etc.

Updated Procedures for Container Export Bookings
The Container Export Booking procedures have been updated for shipments received from Shipping Lines/Agents.
Effective from October 15, 2023, shipping lines are required to provide the following information when submitting container export bookings through Dubai Trade and/or B2B integration via EDI:
• Shipper Code and Name
• HS code and description for the commodities packed inside the containerThe above information is required to ensure the accuracy and safety of the transported commodities. All customers are requested to adhere to these specifications to support our safety protocols.
