DISPLAYING ITEMS BY TAG: initiated payment

In the scenario where you have created the Standing Guarantee account by cash and want to proceed with payment on the portal, you can follow the below mentioned steps:

Steps to Follow:

1. Go to dubaitrade.ae and log in to your username and password.
2. Click on Mirsal 2 >Financial Services> Manage Accounts
3. Click on TRACK REQUEST.
4. Filter your searches and once displayed, click on the PAY button and the system will take you to the payment gateway for online transactions.

 Payment has already been initiated for this request. To continue with the payment, please follow the below steps:

• Go to www.dubaitrade.ae
• Click on Service Centre
  • Dubai Customs
  • Click on Request Business Registration
  • Select Enquiry
  • Fill in the mandatory fields with the system captcha to search then click on “View Payment Details”
  • Click on the “recheck” button to continue on any payment that shows “under process” or “initiated”

NOTE: Your pop up blocker must be turned off during the payment process.
