  • Important Notice: Vehicle Parking Guidelines in DUCAMZ

At DUCAMZ, your safety and convenience are our top priorities. To ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all, please ensure that the following guidelines are implemented:

    • Keep all streets and traffic lanes free from obstructions, even after business hours.
    • Do not park along roadsides, double park, or block traffic lanes under any circumstances.
    • Always ensure your vehicles are parked correctly within the designated spaces within your facility, and that access routes remain clear and unobstructed at all times for emergency services.

Clear passage is essential for traffic flow and emergency access. Failure to comply may result in fines.

  • Important: Temporary traffic diversion on Sheikh Zayed Road (1st-3rd December 2023)

Please plan your routes using alternatives like Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Road, Emirates Road, Al Khail Road, Jumeirah Road, and Al Wasl Road. We also encourage you to stay informed of any changes using smart screens and directional signs on the road.

Please note that heavy vehicles will be restricted on Expo Road from 30th November to 3rd December 2023.

  • Traffic Management Alert: Jafza Roads Now Monitored by Speed Radars

Speed monitoring radars have now been activated across all roads within the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), effective immediately.

The enforced speed limit throughout Jafza is 60 km/h. All drivers are required to strictly observe this limit. Please note that the speed radars will be operational at all times, and any violations may result in penalties issued by the relevant authorities.

This initiative forms part of a broader commitment to creating a safer and more efficient environment for all road users. We urge everyone to remain vigilant regarding their speed when travelling through Jafza and to drive responsibly at all times.
