CHANGES TO TRUCK PARKING AT JAFZA GATE 7: PAID PARKING FROM 13 NOVEMBER
The current temporary truck parking area located at Jafza Gate 7 will be converted into a paid parking zone with effect from Wednesday 13 November 2024. All trucks parked in this zone will be subject to the applicable parking fees (AED 15 per day per truck with multiple entry).
Rules and Regulations
- Only commercial trucks, trailers, and other large vehicles are permitted to park in designated truck parking zones.
- Trucks must comply with any size or weight restrictions imposed by the parking facility. Oversized or overweight trucks may be prohibited.
- Parking fees must be paid to avoid fines or towing. Violators may also face additional penalties or charges.
- Trucks must park within designated spaces. Unauthorised parking (e.g., occupying multiple spaces or blocking lanes) is prohibited.
- Idling of truck engines may be prohibited to minimise air and noise pollution. Drivers should turn off their engines when parked.
- Drivers are prohibited from disposing of rubbish or waste in parking areas.
- Drivers are fully responsible for securing any valuable items (such as electronics, tools, personal belongings, or cargo) left in or on their vehicles while parked. DP World cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to these items.
- Repeated violations could lead to a truck or company being banned from using the parking facility.
We urge all members of the trucking community to follow these new regulations. Please also note that strict measures will be taken against trucks parked in unauthorised areas with immediate effect. Any vehicles found violating the designated parking zones will be subject to penalties and towing, as per regulatory guidelines.

Ensure Proper Placement of Trailers and Cargo in Jafza
- Type: News
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure smooth traffic flow and to comply with the security rules and regulations within Jafza, we would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the improper placement of trailers and cargo within the open areas and sides of the road in Jafza.
Hence, we kindly request all individuals and entities to remove any trailers, trucks, and unattended cargo within 15 days of receiving this notification. Failure to comply with this directive will result in necessary actions being taken, including the relocation of such items at the expense of their owners.
We emphasize that trucks and trailers must be parked only in designated areas. Additionally, unrequired cargo must not be left unattended in public areas. Furthermore, trucks without trailers will not be permitted to enter and exit the Free Zone unless prior permission from DP World Traffic Management is obtained, as this measure aims to maintain adequate control.
