DISPLAYING ITEMS BY TAG: JAT

As part of an internal corporate re-organization, the business relating to Jebel Ali Port will be transferred to Jebel Ali Terminals FZE (JAT) under The DP World group.

Therefore, please note that from the 1st of October 2022, all rights, and obligations of DP World UAE Region FZE relating to its Ports and Terminals operations in Jebel Ali (including under the agreement (s)) will be transferred to JAT.

All invoices for Jebel Ali Port operation will be issued by Jebel Ali Terminals FZE (JAT) instead of DP World UAE Region FZE.

2- For Cheque payments, please mention in favor of ‘Jebel Ali Terminals FZE’.

Please note that all existing bank guarantees, under the name of DP World UAE Region FZE will continue to be held by DP World UAE Region FZE on behalf of Jebel Ali Terminals FZE. Any amounts payable to Jebel Ali Terminals FZE will be recovered by encashment under the terms of the bank guarantee to DPW UAE Region FZE on behalf of Jebel Ali Terminals FZE.
