Please note that Jafza offices will be closed from Monday, 19 July 2021 (corresponding to 9 Dhul-Hijjah 1442) until Thursday, 22 July 2021. Work will resume on Sunday, 25 July 2021 at normal business hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm.

As per the government announcement in the local media, the private sector will enjoy (4) Eid Al-Adha holidays from Monday, 19 July 2021 until Thursday 22 July 2021.

Kindly note some gates will be closed on the occasion of “Eid Al-Adha”. Please view the below list for alternative gates:

Jafza North:

The following gates will be open for 24 hours at Jafza North
(Gates 1, 2, (3 Cargo), 4, 7 & 8 in addition to both Metro Station Gates of Danube & Jebel Ali)

Jafza South:

Closed Gate	Alternative Gate

Gate 09, 10, 13, 14 & 15
Showroom Gate 01, 02 & 03

The following gates will be open for 24 hours at Jafza South
(Gates 11, 12).

Container Terminals:	Container Terminals will be closed from 0400 hours to 0900 hours on the first day of Eid, after 0900 hours the operations will resume as normal.
General Cargo Department:	The GC Vessel operations will be closed on the first day of Eid from 0400hrs till 0900 hrs. Overtime charges as per public holiday rates would be applicable from 1000 hrs on the Eid day. Cargo receiving and delivery of local trucks will be closed during declared Eid holidays. However, services can be provided upon request from customers on prior notice. During this period overtime charges will be applicable as per public holiday rates.
Logistics Centre:	Operations at CFS facility will be closed during the declared Eid holidays. However, services can be provided upon request from customers on prior notice. During this period, overtime charges will be applicable as per public holiday rates. Cold Store and Cool Store, receiving/ delivery of local trucks will remain closed and will resume operations at 0700 hrs on the second day of Eid. During this period, overtime charges will be applicable as per public holiday rates. Transport & Distribution operations will be closed from 0400 hours to 0900 hours on the first day of Eid, after 0900 hours the operations will resume as normal.
Marine Department:	Berthing and Un-Berthing of Vessels will continue 24 hours.

Operation Counter	(From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Vessel Operation	(From 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Gate 2 Operation	24 hours
