As part of our commitment to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience, we are pleased to launch Mina Al Hamriya e-services.

In phase one, we are introducing two essential services on Dubai Trade single window www.dubaitrade.ae with more services to be added soon to streamline the operations further.

• Vessel Master: Enables the registration of a new vessel.
• Voyage Registration: To create rotations for a vessel's arrival.

Both services are now live and accessible by all shipping agents operating in Mina Al Hamriya. Concerned users can request access from their company administrators and start using the services with immediate effect. By utilising these e-services, Customers will no longer need to physically visit Mina Al Hamriya counters for vessel and voyage registration. The transition to e-services will help our customers to save time, effort, and cost.

In line with the precautionary strategies to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to safeguard the wellbeing of the Port Users, Staff and Vessels Crew, we have amended some of our operational processes to eliminate physical sign offs of documents. Therefore, we kindly request you to follow the below guidelines with immediate effect:

• Vessel Master is no longer required to sign off the lashing certificate
• DP World will consider lashing and all operational sign offs completed when the Vessel Master will accept to sail the vessel
• Upon vessel sailing, DP World will consider lashing approved by the Vessel Master
• Vessel Master should report any challenges or observations to the Operations Supervisor at all times
