UPDATE (4): Promoting Compliance with the Cabinet Resolution No. 58 of 2020 on Ultimate Beneficial Owners Requirements

Companies registered with National Industries Park must comply with the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) Regulations, which include the annual submission or an update of UBO data with the Companies Registrar.

All companies are required to submit the data by no later than 05th of June 2021.

Failure to submit the UBO data will result in penalties by competent bodies. Please note that details can be updated for free on the Dubai Trade Portal using this Link
