Paperless Medical Fitness Application

As part of the efforts to reduce manual transactions and switch to paperless, we draw your kind attention that you can now issue the health fitness certificate electronically, and complete the medical fitness application using the Application ID only.

Based on the above, Medical Fitness Application previously issued by Dubai Health Authority shall be replaced with the Application ID that will be sent to the applicant via email/SMS. Once received, the applicant shall proceed to the Jafza Service Center to complete the Medical test.
