Online Booking for Service Counters at Jafza 14

National Industries Park (NIP) is pleased to introduce “Online Booking” system at Jafza 14. The service will be available from 12th of August 2020, and the customers can book appointments starting from 13th of August 2020 to clear the following transactions:

• Registration Onshore
• Registration Offshore
• Leasing
• Licensing
• Workforce affairs
• Administration

The new online system will enable representatives of NIP companies to visit the counters at Jafza 14 building with a pre- booked appointment. This is to reduce the waiting time of the representatives and queuing at the service centres. The service selected, counter number to visit, and booked appointment slot will be emailed to the email address entered during the booking process. An SMS will also be sent to the mobile number entered at the time of booking. Customers with appointments would be given priority.

Appointments can be booked via the Dubai Trade Portal as follows:

• Visit www.dubaitrade.ae
• Go to “Service Center”
• Choose “Jafza”
• Go to “Counter Appointment Booking”
• Select the respective service:
