Beneficial Owner Data In accordance with the Cabinet Decision No. (58) of 2020 Concerning Regulation of the Beneficial Owner Procedures

National Industries Park (NIP), would like to request its customers to apply to the following, as mandated by the updated ES guidance (Ministerial Decision No. 58 of 2020):

• Beneficial Owner data and other related information as soon as Dubai Trade portal is live by no later than 31 December 2020, unless further guidance on the filing deadline is provided.
• UBO form available at Dubai Trade as a sub menu under Registration as the following:

1. Parent Menu: Registration
2. Sub Menu: Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details

The following points should be noted:

The Company has to observe the following:

1. Provide the Registrar with all data referred to in Clause (1) of Article (4) hereof, upon submitting the application of incorporation, licensing, registration, renewal, amendment or any other procedures as the Registrar may deem proper to this effect.
2. In the event of amendment or change any of the above-mentioned data, the legal person Must notify to the Register within (15) fifteen days of such amendment or change.

The Business partner will further undertake to maintain and arrange for inspection and submission of any relevant documents and records as determined by the Registrar and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant law.

The Business partner understands that failure to respond to any of such requirements as determined by the Registrar will result in sanctions and/or penalties on the business partner as applicable in NIP.
