Update on Partial Easing of Movement Restrictions, and Guidelines for Working from the Office

We would like to draw your kind attention that a change has been made to the National Disinfection Programme (NDP), announced by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) and the Ministry of Interior (MoI). Until further notice, the Programme shall be effective from 8pm to 6am commencing from Wednesday, 27th of Ramadan, corresponding to 20th of May April 2020. However, during the daytime, traffic and public movements shall continue as normal.
Believing in our principles, social responsibility, and intensify all our efforts to contain the virus, we call upon all customers to continue urge their employees to adhere to the instructions and directives during Eid holiday, avoid visits and gatherings, and perform Eid prayers at home due to the temporary closure of mosques.
On the other hand, and in line with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) with regard to implementing remote working system on the private sector, offices and businesses in Jafza must reduce the physical presence of staff to 30 per cent in offices. The rest of employees should work from home. Employees over 60 years, pregnant employees and those with chronic diseases must continue to work remotely.
Finally, we request you and all your employees to adhere to all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and always seek information related to COVID-19 only through official channels such as the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
