Resumption of Zajel and Other Services

In order to keep you abreast of the latest rules regarding resuming work at government entities and public sector at 100% capacity, we would like to inform you that Zajel courier and other services will be resumed after being suspended due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

Commencing from 1st of July 2020, our valued customers can utilise Zajel courier services to deliver and receive passports and contracts (that were paused or processed via emails(. This includes the following services:

• Released Signed In (Initial approval and Resident permit stamping) RP Renewal
• RP Renewal with EC Amend

• Nationality change
• Permanent Identity Card

• RP stamping on lost passport
• Employment contract attestation
