In our constant efforts to enhance your experience, we are happy to inform you that Request for Additional Facility service will be live on the Dubai Trade Portal, commencing from Tuesday, 28 December 2021

This service can be used by customers to submit additional facility requirements to be leased directly from Jafza. The following additional features have been provided:

  • Option to provide the information required by EHS for their approval.
  • Option to request for a new lease or an amendment to the existing lease.
  • Proposal documents will be sent to the customer by email.
  • Customers have the option to Accept/Reject/Request for facility viewing from their Dubai Trade portal account.
  • Option for customers to book for courier collection of lease agreement after signature (only for New Lease).
  • Signed Amendment document will be available digitally.
  • Upon closure of service request, customers will receive a system-generated email with links to download signed copy of Lease/Amendment and drawings (where applicable).
  • A separate Payment Relaxation service is being implemented for customers to apply for flexible payments for additional facility requests.
  • Surveys will be sent to assess customer satisfaction at multiple stages.

Customers are requested to use this service and refrain from visiting the counters/sales section to make requests.
