Reminder of Registration Deadlines for Corporate Tax

To keep our business community informed and compliant with the UAE’s Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, we would like to remind all our customers of the deadlines for registering for corporate tax purposes.

We encourage you to review the infographic from the FTA outlining the key deadlines, which vary depending on the residence, category of persons and date of incorporation or commencement of business of the person.

Please be aware that failure to comply with these deadlines may result in administrative penalties as stipulated in the Cabinet Decision No. 75 of 2023, concerning the application of the Federal Decree Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses and its amendments.
