Ramadan Working Hours 2025

With Ramadan due to start soon, we would like to inform you that the official working hours in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) offices during the holy month of Ramadan will be as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays: 08:00 AM till 02:00 PM

Fridays: 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM

We will continue to facilitate all businesses as usual, and our teams remain available to support you at any time through our online services on the Dubai Trade Portal.

As per Jafza Rules and Regulations, all free zone companies, and in accordance with broader labor laws, all private companies are required to reduce their working hours to 6 hours per day. The reduced working hours are applicable to all employees and any additional hours worked are subject to overtime payments as per the regulations.
