Jafza Mobile App is Live

We are pleased to inform you that the Jafza Mobile Application is live for our business community users.

The App will provide Jafza-related information and services and will further enhance service efficiency and convenience.

The following features are enabled in the App as part of phase 1:

• Communication Messages
• Call Us
• Grow with Us
• Meet with Us

You can log in to the app by following the below instructions:

Download the Jafza app by scanning one of the below relevant QR Codes or search the app in  App store or Play store with the name “JAFZA”:

 Register by clicking the “Sign Up” link, which will navigate to the below registration steps to enter:

• Card Number
• Passport Number
• Date of Birth

On the successful validation, please enter your registered Mobile Number and Email Address to receive the One Time Password (OTP). The successful OTP verification will allow you to set up the Jafza App Password.

Please note that the App will be periodically updated, and new services will be added to make Jafza-based customers’ transactions and dealings with the free zone more seamless.
