Jafza advisory: Continued remote working guidance
Further to our previous advisory and in light of recent developments, we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and remain in coordination with the relevant authorities.
At present, operations across Jafza continue as normal, with no disruption to services or infrastructure. We have established contingency measures and remain prepared to respond should it be required.
As we approach the Eid period and as a precautionary measure, we encourage companies operating in Jafza to:
- Maintain remote working arrangements where possible during the coming week.
- Deploy only essential staff to operate your respective facilities.
- Minimise employee exposure to open spaces.
During this time, the majority of Jafza teams will also continue to operate remotely.
Customers are encouraged to use our digital service channels to access support:

We also advise companies to remain alert to potential cyber risks and to remind employees to exercise caution when opening emails or unfamiliar links.
We remain focused on supporting the safety of our community while ensuring business continuity across Jafza.
