Issuance of the Unified License Certificate

Pursuant to the decision of the Dubai Free Zones Council (DFZC), we draw your attention that all customers in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) can now issue the new design of the Unified License Certificate, which will replace the previous versions of all types of commercial licenses.

Accordingly, we urge our customers who wish to renew their license certificate, issue a new license or download a valid license certificate, to use the new version, and present it to all concerned entities to process their transactions and applications.

To submit a request:
• Log on to www.dubaitrade.ae -> Click on Service Menu (3 lines - Top Left) ->Go to “Summary Information -> Reports”
• Click on Request Refresh next to e-License Certificate
• Select License Number and Enter Mobile No (To get EDV Number)
• Click on “Refresh report”
• The License will be generated in 2 hrs time (max 24 hrs)

To download the e-License:
• Log on to www.dubaitrade.ae -> Go to “Summary Information -> Reports”
• Click on View status next to e-License Certificate
• Download the file
