All Jafza App users are required to reset their passwords immediately as a precautionary security measure.

Required actions:

  • Log out from Jafza App and reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option.
  • Create a strong, unique password that has not been used on any other platform or within the past 48 hours, and ensure it includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Share this communication with all relevant employees.
  • Ensure your login credentials remain strictly confidential.

Important: Jafza will never request your password via phone, email, or support channels. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including IT personnel.
