Courier Services (Zajel) for Cheque Collections, Lease Agreements, and RP Stamp on Passport & Employment Contracts

In our continuous endeavour to improve our services for you, we’re pleased to provide courier service (Zajel) for a selected set of processes. Please note that the counters receiving documents for some of these services will discontinue to receive it. However, courier request for such services shall be submitted via “Dubai Trade” portal.

The below mentioned services can now be processed using the courier service (Zajel):

Courier Service (Zajel) for Visa Sticker Stamping and Employment Contract Attestation:
This service is availed for visas issued/ renewed and a copy thereof is received via company’s email. The applicant shall create the service request of Residence Permit Sticker Stamping on passport” (available now on the portal under “Admin- employee services – Residence Permit”), and submit the original passport along with 3 sets of employment contract, signed by both parties and sealed by the company, to process the residence permit sticker stamping on the passport and contract attestation.

2- New Courier Service (Zajel) for Lease Renewal Agreements
To raise a request for “Lease Renewal Agreements”, go to www.dubaitrade.ae and you can find the service under:

Lease > Ad hoc Courier Request > Lease Agreement Collection and Delivery.

3- New Courier Service (Zajel) for Cheque Collections
Customer shall have the option to make payments due to Jafza by requesting collection of the original cheque/PDC by courier, and it will be deposited in the customer’s account for the said purpose.

Remarks:

● Courier service (Zajel) shall be effective from 19th of July 2020 onwards.
● All courier service fees mentioned are exclusive of VAT charges.
● Courier service (Zajel) outside Dubai is not supported.
● Courier service (Zajel) can be easily availed online using the Dubai Trade Portal.
● All related documents for courier will be collected and delivered to the respective addresses specified by the customer.
