Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai announced new air travel protocols for Dubai citizens, residents and visitors with specific requirements.

Pursuant to the Announcement, Dubai residents (who are currently outside the UAE) are allowed to return commencing from Monday, 22nd of June 2020. Dubai citizens and residents are also allowed to travel abroad commencing from Tuesday, 23rd of June 2020, where visitors and tourists will be allowed to enter Dubai commencing from 7th of July 2020.

We would like to point out that all returning employees from companies arriving at Dubai airports should abide by a 14-day self quarantine. In case they do not show COVID-19 symptoms after the quarantine period, they will be allowed to resume their duty.

For those testing positive, report immediately to DP World’s Command and Control Centre on 04 887 4000 or 800379222. For all positive cases, a 14-day isolation shall be imposed and all related procedures shall be observed. The Command and Control Centre must be notified as well in case the isolation took place in Jafza staff accommodation.
